Welexcare is an Ayurvedic supplement brand that offers natural herbal supplements in the form of capsules to address various health issues such as arthritis, asthma, constipation, diabetes control, hemorrhoids, hyperacidity, indigestion, liver disorders, UTIs, and skin disorders. The supplements are claimed to have zero side effects and are made from natural herbs. Welexcare is clinically proven, FDA approved, and WHO GMP certified, indicating a commitment to quality and safety. They also have a high success rate, with more than 95 percent success reported in managing the mentioned health problems.

Challenges

  • The Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) was low, reaching only 1.47x, which means their advertising efforts were not yielding a significant return on their investment.
  • The cost per purchase was high, at more than Rs. 4000, indicating that acquiring new customers was costly.
  • The website conversion rate was low, standing at 1.2%, meaning that a relatively small percentage of visitors were making a purchase.

Results

After implementing the changes and strategies from April 2023 to July 2023, We have achieved significant improvements in its online sales performance:
The ROAS increased to 4.47x, indicating a much higher return on their advertising investment. The conversion rate on the website increased to 3.7%, meaning more visitors were converting into customers. The cost per purchase reduced significantly to Rs. 520, making customer acquisition more cost-effective.

By implementing the strategies and changes, We were able to increase our sales from 2.50 lacs in April 2023 to 4.20 lacs in July 2023, indicating significant growth and improved performance in our online sales efforts.

Approach

We analyzed past data and conducted competitor analysis to gain insights into customer behavior and market trends.

A content strategy was implemented to attract customers through meta ads, aiming to increase click-through rate (CTR) to 2.19% and reduce cost per click (CPC) to below Rs. 8.
